Rough desk-staff headcount and years in business.
The systems your records live in (support desk, CRM, email, chat, phone, accounting, project tool).
Any confidentiality constraints you already know about: client privilege, health data, regulated records.
Any offer you have already received, if there is one. Headline terms are enough.
