Accountants, fractional CFOs, M&A advisors, IT providers, and bankers already have the relationships. We do the pricing, the buyer process, and the negotiation. When a license closes and the owner is paid, 30% of our fee goes to the person who made the introduction. Nothing is added to the owner's cost, and the owner is told.
Free to join. No quotas, no caps, no second tier. Paid when we are paid.
Three minutes on the form below. We reply within one business day with your referral link, your code, and the terms in writing. Free to join, nothing to install.
Your link opens the seven-question qualifier. The code travels with their answers and is written to their record the moment they submit. It holds for 90 days from their first visit, and a later ad click does not overwrite it.
A 20-minute fit call, the one-page manifest, pricing against live buyer demand, a first offer in 24 to 48 hours of a complete manifest, a competitive round, negotiation, and counsel coordination. You hear from us when they book, when an offer goes out, and when a license signs.
The buyer pays the owner directly, in full. We invoice our fee after the owner has the money. Your 30% is paid within 30 days of our fee arriving, with a statement showing the arithmetic.
Our fee is 12% of the first $250,000 paid to the owner and steps down from there, so the owner keeps the large majority of the license. A referral program only works for an advisor if the client comes out ahead, and this one is built so you can show them the arithmetic.
| Buyer pays the owner | Our fee | Your 30% |
|---|---|---|
| $150,000 | $18,000 | $5,400 |
| $600,000 | $58,000 | $17,400 |
| $1,500,000 | $115,000 | $34,500 |
Illustrative. Arithmetic on the published schedule, not deals we have done and not a forecast. Indicative range observed across the market for single-company operational data licenses. Not a quote. Actual value depends on buyer demand, data quality, rights, and exclusivity.
The bar is 20+ desk staff, 3+ years of records, data in 3+ systems. If you are not sure whether a client clears it, send them anyway: the seven-question form tells them where they stand in three minutes, and the ones below the line are told what to start keeping, not turned away.
You already know which clients have ten years of clean records in accounting, email, and a ticketing system nobody cleaned out.
A one-time, non-dilutive payment for records a company already owns is the kind of line you are paid to find.
Operational records are an asset most sellers never list. Licensing them before a sale, or alongside one, is a conversation you are already in.
You know which systems hold the history, how far back it goes, and whether the exports are clean. That is most of the manifest.
An owner weighing a working-capital line may have a better option sitting in their mail server.
One plain-English session on what this market is, and who should be wary of it, reaches a room of owners who qualify.
Your reputation travels with the introduction. These are the terms we put in writing before you send a single link.
If your profession bars you from accepting a referral fee, say so on the form. We will confirm it in writing and refer your client through exactly the same process.
An introduction email and a one-paragraph version for a text or a newsletter. Both say only what the site says, with the fee disclosure already in them. Replace the code with yours once you have it.

Subject: A market for your company's records
{First name},
There is a market now for the everyday records a company produces: support tickets, closed deals, project threads, calls. AI labs pay to license de-identified copies of them, and companies with 20+ desk staff, 3+ years of records, data in 3+ systems are the ones they want.
I am not qualified to price it, so I am pointing you at someone who is. Data Truffle is a seller-side agent: they price your records against live buyer demand before anything goes to market, run several buyers against the same one-page manifest, and take a success fee only when you are paid. Your data never passes through them.
Seven questions, three minutes, no files:

If a license closes they pay me a share of their fee. It comes out of their fee, not yours, and they will tell you the same thing.
{Your name}Worth three minutes: Data Truffle prices a company's operational records (tickets, deals, calls, project threads) against what AI labs are paying, then runs a competitive process. Success fee only, data never passes through them. https://datatruffle.ai/get-offer?ref=yourcode
After we are. The buyer pays the owner directly, we invoice our fee once the owner has been paid, and your 30% is sent within 30 days of our fee arriving, with a statement. If a buyer pays in milestones, your share follows each one.
Then the referral does not attach, and we tell you so within one business day of the booking rather than let you find out at close. A referral counts when the owner's first contact with us came through your link or your introduction by name.
No. We pay the person who made the introduction, and nobody above them. Multi-level structures turn the fee into a reward for building a network instead of for knowing the owner, and we would rather partners be able to explain the whole arrangement to their client in one sentence.
No. The owner is on the published schedule, 12% of the first $250,000 stepping down to 5%, exactly as if they had arrived on their own. Your share comes out of that fee. Nothing is added to it.
Yes, in writing, before they sign an engagement letter. We name you and state what we pay you. A referral fee the client does not know about is on our own red-flags checklist, and we are not going to put it on the other side of our own table.
No cap, no quota, no minimum, and the arrangement is non-exclusive on both sides. Refer one owner a year or twenty, and refer anyone to anyone else you like.
Some professions restrict or require disclosure of commissions and referral fees. CPAs in particular should check their state board's rules. We put every payment in writing for your file, and if your rules do not allow you to accept a fee, tell us: we will say so in writing and refer your client through exactly the same process.
You can sell your own company's data through the normal process, and the fee schedule is the same. There is no referral share on your own deal.
Not yet. You get an email when a referred owner books, when an offer goes out, and when a license signs, plus a statement with every payment, and you can ask for a status on any referral at any time. We would rather say that than show you a screenshot of a portal that does not exist.
Apply, send them your link, and we take it from there. Or, if the owner is you, start with the seven questions.
Measured from a complete data manifest. A first offer is a process target, not a guarantee; buyers decide eligibility, price, and terms.
